Gays Fight Spitting on Sidewalks Ban

Seriously, folks -- are there any reasonable laws left in these people's perception? When it comes to marriage, apparently not. But this one isn't just an assault on marriage; in fact, this isn't really a direct assault on marriage, per se. It's an insidious back-door attack that gets at marriage by attempting to bull doze the traditional police powers of the states. If a state can't make distinctions between its citizens and other people, then states essentially don't have citizens, and for all intent purposes aren't sovereign entities. That's a two for one deal: homosexual "marriage" AND the federally-mandated dissolution of the states.
