What would we do without bioethicists?

"It's not a spiritual question. We're not looking for a soul." Except, that is exactly what we're looking for. If it's human, it has a soul. If it has a soul -- ie, if it's human -- it's not ok to kill it or play connect 4 with its DNA. That's largely a question with a scientific answer -- but the whole point of having someone who deals in bioETHICS is that they look at the "spiritual" (although that word seems to be slightly misused here) aspects of these questions. Geez.

What would we do without bioethicists? Probably survive to be born.
