Paul is a 1L at the University of Notre Dame Law School, but is too busy to keep up this blog. He likes country music and Chesterton, and plans to marry The Convert next summer.
Layla is a senior studying political science and philosophy in the middle of a soybean field. She likes bluegrass and Virgil and, conveniently enough, plans to marry The [cradle] Catholic a month after graduation.
Today is the feast day of St. Charles Borromeo, Archbishop, defender of the Faith, and Papal Secretary. His life is too complex (and too cool) to condense into a blog blurb, so go read about him at the Catholic Encyclopedia.
I didn't know you were on your way to becoming Catholic, Layla. That is such a joy. I became Catholic through RCIA two years ago and it was an amazingly beautiful journey.
I run a set of prayer intentions to pray for during the Rosary and include many prayers. One is for people entering the Church this year. Would you mind me adding your name to be prayed for?
Here's the link of the intentions now, I create a new post every month: http://www.catholic-forum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3900

He's also the patron (along with St. Robert Bellarmine) of catechumens.

I wouldn't mind at all--quite the opposite. I would be most grateful for your prayers.
I find each of your websites uplifting, and I'm sure many others do as well. May God bless you greatly for your work.
