Rosary of Our Lady of Sorrows

Moneybags of A Catholic Life has a second blog devoted to the Holy Rosary. Today, he has a post up about the Our Lady of Sorrows Rosary. This is a beautifully stirring devotion.

Have a penitential Friday!

St. Paul of the Cross, as his namesake, loved and adored Jesus Crucified.

"But we preach Christ crucified: unto the Jews indeed a stumblingblock, and unto the Gentiles foolishness:" 1Cor 1:23 DR

Look at your local Christian bookstore. Tens of thousands of volumes on a panoply of subjects, however, one is hard-pressed to find a decent book on Jesus and the Adoration of His Cross.

Let us all hide ourselves in His Precious Wounds that we may find healing and consolation in time of need.

Thank you for the link. I certainly hope that through my second blog more people will grow in devotion to the Rosary, the most powerful prayer after the Mass. It's such a joy to pray and I'm very happy to be able to pray the Our Lady of Sorrows Rosary now and onward too.

Peace
