Scripture as Literature

She of the unpronouceably-titled blog (it's "snitter" in my head, but I don't know what it's supposed to be) has an excellent post in response to the recent kerfuffle over the British bishops' proclamation that not all Scripture is to be taken literally (and the remarkably poorly written reports thereof from the MSM). I'm not a huge fan of most of her stuff, but this is a very worthwhile post.
